A Wealth of Knowledge...
Bob aned Laura both began their professional journey with conflict as educators in public school settings. For the past 25 years they have increased their knowledge and understanding of conflict through both formal training and experiences working with individuals and groups. They have learned that effective engagement, management, and resolution of conflict will improve lives, personally, professionally, and organizationally. Their enthusiasm and passion for building conflict management skills in others has led them to work with families, educators, employers/employees, public entities, communities, private businesses, and faith-based communities.
In 2007 Mike Wallace joined Otey Associates as a mediator, conflict manager, and trainer. His enthusiasm and vast experiences as a leader in various areas, including education have enriched the Otey Associates team.
